Everywhere Design is a project and field management app built for construction and renovation teams, including interior fit-out contractors and design firms. Most renovation teams run their sites on group chats and spreadsheets. It works with one or two sites, then breaks down: schedule changes get lost in the chat, site photos sit on everyone's phones, and month-end attendance is rebuilt from memory. Everywhere Design puts each site in one place. Plan every trade on a Gantt schedule and shift the whole sequence when a job is delayed. Crews check in with GPS and can only check in when they are on site. Photos are organized by site, month and trade, so QC issues are documented item by item. To-dos are assigned with due dates and automatic reminders, and the vendor contact list is shared across the company. Export monthly attendance reports and payroll statements in one tap. One account works across iOS, Android and the web. The app and website are fully available in English, Japanese, Korean, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese, so office staff and site crews can each use their own language. 30-day free trial, no credit card required.
