Once the data is in, the same portal runs the rest of the business. Contacts and companies keep every person's history, notes, tags and custom fields on one page. A shared inbox threads email by customer and sends from your own domain. Each portal speaks the business's language. Nine industries have a ready-made setup, including medical and wellness, legal, home services and real estate, and a setup can be built for any other industry, with its own names for people and work, pipeline stages and fields. Agencies can run every client from one login under their own brand: their app name and logo in the app and on emails, booking, invoice and signing pages, and their own web address for the login page.
