EveryoneAvailable is group scheduling software that simplifies finding dates when multiple people are available. It replaces lengthy group chats with a polling system that ranks dates based on participant responses. Organizers create polls by selecting a date range, adding a title, and an optional note, generating a shareable link for distribution via text, email, or social media. Participants mark dates as available, maybe, or unavailable without needing an account. Responses appear in a grid format, with the most available dates rising to the top. Polls can span up to 120 days, offering eight time slots per day for precision. Privacy is ensured by separating organizer and public poll links. Results can be exported as a CSV file or printed. The platform supports unlimited participants, making it ideal for group trips, reunions, and team events. Features include one-tap link copying and mobile sharing for easy distribution across devices.
