I use ThankView every day, and it’s very easy to use with a straightforward interface. I’m excited to see the upcoming upgrades and how the platform continues to grow. We have ThankView and Pledgemine integrated through Evertrue, and overall we’ve been very happy with our experience. I do think the connection to our CRM is somewhat limited, but that’s more on our side than on ThankView. ThankView is where I handle most things, and its performance has been outstanding. I honestly can’t remember running into any real issues with it. There are a few limitations with the video capabilities, but overall it’s a great product, and I feel like I’m getting my money’s worth. We already had the product in place by the time I came on board, but we meet with our customer support manager frequently, and she is amazing. She answers all of our questions and is genuinely a joy to interact with. The feature I love most is the automated birthday scheduling, because it makes birthday campaigns so much easier for me and I don’t have to worry about them for the rest of the month. I can’t really think of anything Evertrue-specific, but for ThankView I’d say I’d like more customization in how everything appears in the email. Sometimes the video message looks a little strange, or the buttons and message end up off-center. I’d also really love access to a wider range of fonts. We have a very specific brand guide we have to follow, so technically every time I send an automated video campaign, I’m breaking our brand guidelines because ThankView doesn’t include the correct fonts. ThankView helps us connect with our constituents in a variety of ways, and it has strengthened those relationships. Our customer success manager, Marie, has also been amazing to work with. The platform is user-friendly and continues to perform well, even with heavy workloads. The ROI we’re experiencing from using ThankView has been extremely positive. What do you dislike about EverTrue? The AI feature in ThankView doesn’t keep a chat history, so I have to re-enter my prompt each time I want to run multiple generations. Their Customer Service is AMAZING! They do a great job at being readily available to answer any questions or talk through any issues that may have come up. Trying to get two systems integrated is never an easy task, but with their "can-do" attitude it has made it such a great experience! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. The only downside I have ran into thus far is that there are a few features in the Evertrue platform that have not been deployed yet, that would make viewing our data a little bit better. HOWEVER, they have done a great job of making note of the changes we'd like to see and they have filed out change request forms. Recommendations to others considering EverTrue: I would recommend if you are going to be implementing Evertrue that you have a project manager overseeing the project. They will handle the day to day tasks and delegate assignments as need be. This will make sure everyone is on the same page and aware of what is going on. While the Evertrue team has great project managers you are working with, we have found it very valuable on our side to have a point person and make sure that everything is flowing the way it should be and the hiccups are addressed as they come up. Ease of entering interactions; sortability of constituents by giving history and residential locations; and evidence of affinity through social media interactions. We can't enter gift ask details through Evertrue; we can only do it through our CRM. Also, currently, organization constituents are not imported into Evertrue, only alumni constituents have been imported. Thus, we have to toggle back and forth between Evertrue and our campus CRM for different constituent interactions. I would prefer to use only one system for everything. I like that, in Evertrue, our constituents are listed based on the stage they're in--solicitation, cultivation, negotiation, so it helps to visually see if someone has been in a stage for a while and we need to help move them to the next stage.
