It’s straightforward for end users, and we haven’t run into any major issues (no blockers, failed emails, or anything like that). **What do you dislike about Xodo Sign?** Unfortunately, I can’t create signing links that I can send directly to the end user; it always has to be tied to a specific recipient. In situations where we can’t use email, I end up using an alias for myself and then forwarding the link on manually. It would be great to have official support for this. **What problems is Xodo Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?** Xodo Sign helps us manage documents and keep track of their statuses, all in one clear overview. It's easy to use, has a great pricing format, and possesses all the features I need. The pricing tiers, especially the free-fee options, are excellent for small businesses. The automation features like email delivery, e-signatures, and auto reminders are excellent as they take the burden off one of our admin tasks, reducing time and cost. **What do you dislike about Xodo Sign?** There are a couple features that were previously in the free version that need to be added back in. Customized email content to the signers is one of the big ones. It isn't a show stopper but it is nice to have to personalize the email to the other signers so they know it's not spam and who it is from. **What problems is Xodo Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?** Xodo Sign reduces the time and need for manual electronic signatures on business documents. It has excellent free-fee tiers for small businesses and excels in automation, taking the burden off admin tasks and cutting time and cost. ### 4. The plan without a free subscription can be a bit high for small or medium-sized businesses. Xodo resolves problems using Zendesk! Even for free-trial users. Impressive! XodoSign is easy to use and the audit trail appendix is well formatted. **What do you dislike about Xodo Sign?** XodoSign is not compatible with Okular PDF reader at this time. Documents signed with XodoSign always register in Okular as 'modified' (invalid). Customer support tells me that Xodo has not made the effort to check compatibility with Okular and it appears that they have no interest in doing so, at this time. Okular is the number one PDF viewer for Linux users. The only Xodo verified viewer that works at all in Linux is PDF Studio, which is a very poor application for Linux users - PDF Studio is not open source. **What problems is Xodo Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to digitally sign documents makes our business more credible. For most legit businesses, credibility is paramount. ### 10.
