Everscale eliminates the high entry barrier that Tech Companies have when adding their own Mexico operational capabilities. In days, companies can add talent for North America delivery or enter the Latin America Market. The Subsidiary-as-a-Service option shelters foreign companies from local risks and helps them avoid unnecessary costs, benefiting from a large shared infrastructure with built-in best practices, similar to the as-a-Service model. Because of its flexibility, it can be used to test drive the region, validate assumptions, and then scale. Start with 1 temporary worker or as a +500-employee permanent office, maintaining total ownership. Gain local IT industry know-how for a successful and predictable entry to the best nearshore location for North America.
