The simplicity and user-friendly interface of the Everlytics system makes it a dream to work with especially being a busy marketer and working on many other campaigns and tasks on a daily. The flexibility and convenience in terms of the built-in design tools and features and the ability to schedule emailer content give me as a user that liberty of some control. Then you go to the reporting dashboard feature which allows you to get some insight on the performance of your emailers in general through user interaction stats. You can then further get an individual report for each emailer, which is more helpful as it assists in strategically planning your emailer content. Then there is the customer service and support service which is equally a great experience as Everlytics has a consumer-centric approach whereby when a consultant is dealing with your query, they always are solution first whereby they have extensive knowledge on the product and always steer the conversation into addressing and solving the problem efficiently reducing the frustration for a customer. The response rate to queries is equally efficient. Not forgetting the access to training opportunities, a good value add. Everlytic is an easy-to-use platform that makes creating and sending out newsletters simple. It offers the ability to use images, Gifs and YouTube videos as creative options depending on what the client thinks is best for that newsletter.

We can design emails and landing pages with drag and drop builder which look very attractive. It provide web and emails to engage with our customer which is very good.
