EverlyPro is funeral management software for independent funeral directors in Ireland, England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, from a single-branch family firm to a group with several locations. It is not a corporate system cut down to size: it is designed around the way family-run funeral homes actually work. A true web app, it runs on desktop, tablet or phone with nothing to install. Same case, same detail, live. The paperwork does itself. Enter the details once and every document fills itself from the case. The family signs whichever way suits them: on your tablet at the arrangement, or by secure link from home, with no app and no account. The signed copy files itself against the case. Built-in AI drafts obituaries, emails and case notes in seconds. You review, you approve. It works where the work happens. Show the price list, take the signature and send the deposit link before you leave. Families pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or payment link, in GBP or EUR, and payments taken in person are logged with a tap. Services, vehicles, staff and venues sit on one calendar, synced to Google Calendar and Outlook. Email templates are sent from your own address. It keeps a record that stands up. Every transfer, location and handover of the person in your care is logged: who, when, where. The Scottish Funeral Director Code of Practice, CMA price transparency, IAFD standards and the NAFD and SAIF codes are built into how cases are recorded, so compliance records are produced as you work. Invoices and payments flow to Xero, QuickBooks or Sage. Data is protected with 256-bit encryption, hosted in EU data centres, GDPR compliant, and yours to export at any time. Switching is free.
