"Easy Uploading and Organizing—Finding Documents Is a Breeze"
5/5
What do you like best about Everlaw?

Uploading and organizing various production sets is so easy, and finding documents once uploaded is very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Everlaw?

It took me a while to get the hang of it, and that's a complaint I've heard from my colleagues. It's not immediately intuitive. But once you use it for a while, it's definitely user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Intuitive UI/UX That’s Easy to Learn and Customize"
4/5
What do you like best about Everlaw?

UI / UX, Performance, Intuitiveness. It is super fast, easy to learn and easy to customize. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Everlaw?

I wish that native uploads kept the files in their original filepath order. I also wish that the produced versions of documents weren't separate documents altogether. And wish there was an option to export documents with custom filenames (for example, the Trial Exhibit No. field). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Affordable, Efficient Document Management with Friendly Support"
4/5
What do you like best about Everlaw?

I like that Everlaw allows me to organize and code voluminous documents efficiently. It's also more affordable compared to Relativity, and the support team is friendly and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Everlaw?

I would like to get an AI depo summary that can then be cross coded with the evidentiary documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient but Not the Most Intuitive Tool"
4/5
What do you like best about Everlaw?

I really appreciate Everlaw's service quality and support. Whenever I have a question about using the platform, they are consistently available and ready to guide me through the best approaches to utilize their product effectively. Furthermore, the capability to convert audio and video files into written transcripts instantly is incredibly beneficial, particularly in legal contexts where reviewing audio content is frequent. This feature not only saves me significant time by allowing me to review the content as text but also facilitates easy searching for specific terms or words within a file. Additionally, while I don't fully integrate it, I find the features that allow easy access to documents stored on Google Drive quite useful in streamlining my workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Everlaw?

I don't think Everlaw is the most intuitive system. The user interface design could be improved, particularly because Everlaw's 'storybuilder' model isn't intuitive for those of us accustomed to different platforms that don’t use similar terminology. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Document Review with Unlimited Data"
4/5
What do you like best about Everlaw?

I find Everlaw very valuable for document review, offering the ability to process unlimited data, which is similar to Relativity. I appreciate its certification feature, as it is considered very good. I also use Everlaw for handling late costing issues, and it does not involve much cost, making it a better choice for future use. The platform allows reviewers to review documents efficiently, and the initial setup is quite easy. Setting up projects, including native data processing, is straightforward, enabling smooth progression. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Everlaw?

I find the configuration of search terms and highlights in Everlaw somewhat challenging. The current setup does not fully meet my needs, particularly when dealing with active learning tasks. There is room for improvement in document grouping based on specific terms, as this process seems cumbersome and could be streamlined for better efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Everlaw is one of the best eDiscovery review platforms in the industry"
5/5
What do you like best about Everlaw?

Everlaw is fast, intuitive, and simple to use but deceptively feature-rich. It has built in media transcription and playback, language tools/machine translation, and great analytics visualizations. Its predictive coding features are extremely capable and do not require a team of data scientists to use correctly. Also, you will not experience any of the document-to-document lag time that you see with Relativity. The new AI features are well thought out and useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Everlaw?

The Storybuilder fact management, chronology and outline functionality is useful but could use more transcript-specific features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that the Search Panel is very sophisticated, and it is always easy to locate a document by its Bates#. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Everlaw?

I always have trouble refining the "or" choice or the "but not" choice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
