What I like most about Everlaw is how seamlessly it brings together power, speed, and usability in one platform. It’s easy to use, with fast, straightforward search capabilities, strong analytics and visualization tools, and support for smooth, efficient production workflows. "Everlaw’s Intuitive GUI Makes eDiscovery Easy"
4/5
What do you like best about Everlaw?

Everlaw is far more intuitive than other eDiscovery platforms. Especially regarding to Everlaw's GUI which allows user easy way to understand and access various functions. Everlaw also has great customer support, especially to their various training materials both in the form of videos and comprehensive written guides. Advanced functions can be trained via specialized customer support staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Everlaw?

Like many other eDiscovery platforms, Everlaw has many advanced functions. But not all users require such advanced functions on a regular bases. If there can be a preset Everlaw "Lite" that handles basic uploading, Bates numbering, generate a schedule of documents, and production that would be very helpful. I appreciate that Everlaw is great at organizing discovery documents, making productions and doc review much more convenient, especially with lots of documents. Once I got past the learning curve, I found it easy to use and quite intuitive. Doing document productions is easy and saves me time. Everlaw is excellent at keeping track of which documents have been produced and offers many options for handling productions to fit our needs. It also has plenty of checks to ensure things are done correctly. The initial setup was easy, and we were up and running quickly with a couple of trainings. Everlaw works great for most matters, and the time saved is worth the cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Everlaw?

There's definitely a bit of a learning curve to get people up and running on the platform. Attorneys don't love change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive and Streamlined Document Review with Everlaw"
5/5
What do you like best about Everlaw?

I really like Everlaw's intuitive UI and how easy it is to use. The platform's ability to cull metadata is impressive, and it makes reviewing large sets of documents and preparing for litigation much more manageable. As a new user, I appreciated how easy it was to use the platform and explore visualizations of entire productions. Switching from Relativity was prompted by Everlaw's better UI and how it naturally ingests all metadata. The initial setup was also easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Everlaw?

I think if it could predict how to batch documents into review binders that would be helpful. It was a little hard to share documents between folks using links so clarity on that could be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Data Processing with Customization Flexibility"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Everlaw?

I like how Everlaw makes production and processing much simpler and allows me to modify the platform to my needs. It helps us produce and process data much more quickly for our clients. I also appreciate the ability to customize the platform, for instance, adjusting the coding layout, which enhances the experience for our clients as it allows them to enjoy the product better. Additionally, setting up Everlaw isn't difficult, and the training for it didn't take long for our team to adapt. Everlaw is a simpler platform to use than competitors, which speeds up processing and productions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think in terms of the coding layout, it feels a bit squashed. If it could be spaced out a bit more, I think that would be much better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

5/5
What do you like best about Everlaw?

Fast. Efficient. Organized. Comprehensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Everlaw?

When you first login, it's busy (lots of stuff everywhere). Wish I could slowly toggle different settings onto my dashboard over time. Also, the search function is less intuitive than other services Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines Document Review with Minor Hiccups"
4/5
What do you like best about Everlaw?

I like the clean viewing screen and the easy option to highlight and comment. I also appreciate being able to filter the documents by the comments I've made. The initial setup of Everlaw was very easy, which was a plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Everlaw?

The most frustrating thing about Everlaw is that when I am trying to type comments, sometimes it does not register that I am typing in the box and it uses key shortcuts, which is disruptive. It would be helpful to have the comments clearly come up as soon as I click on it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
