This is very helpful and useful as it takes knowledge mananagment (tacit or explicit knowledge) and allows Everlaw to use that to improve their product to help the end user in what ever portion of the eDiscovery platform they are using in Everlaw, be it storybuilder, or productions, or even legal hold. In addition the new AI improvements have been great, from their new product Deep Dive, Deep Dive transcripts, suggestive coding and Everlaw Assistant, the accuracy of these results has greatly improved and assisted with identifying important documents or relevant documents. **What do you dislike about Everlaw?** in the outline there is no ability to transfer all the documents over at once. Also visualizer needs to have better hit results for over 1000. I would suggest a feature that would allow a user to see all the hits and possibly check them off. The depth still needs to be revisited. I would also have search features for the "produce to" field since at the moment your not able to filter that column. **Recommendations to others considering Everlaw:** I would suggest that they complete the training and practice so they can easily get up to speed on their task. **What problems is Everlaw solving and how is that benefiting you?** ease of tagging and producing documents in shorter time including power processing and naming options. better turnaround for production sets, and autocoding that allows a user to leverage a combination of predictive coding and generative AI to complete a production in a shorter time frame saving a client money, and the ability to add the work flow for suggestive coding. - helping to summarize your documents and provide key topics on the fly is awesome and critical when on a deadline. **Official Response from Emma Johnson:** > Hello, Thank you for leaving us a review! I can see the predictive coding being helpful if we invest time into training the AI, but I don't see the same potential payout for document clustering. **What problems is Everlaw solving and how is that benefiting you?** Everlaw has made searching for documents related to specific areas infinitely easier. For example, if we need to search for all documents related to an employee's FMLA. Searching for specific custodians and or email address has also been a life saver. We are working to grow more accustomed to the storybuilder feature and we hope that it will be equally as impactful in the near future. ### 3. Whenever I have a question about using the platform, they are consistently available and ready to guide me through the best approaches to utilize their product effectively. Furthermore, the capability to convert audio and video files into written transcripts instantly is incredibly beneficial, particularly in legal contexts where reviewing audio content is frequent. This feature not only saves me significant time by allowing me to review the content as text but also facilitates easy searching for specific terms or words within a file. Additionally, while I don't fully integrate it, I find the features that allow easy access to documents stored on Google Drive quite useful in streamlining my workflow. **What do you dislike about Everlaw?** I don't think Everlaw is the most intuitive system. Attorney reviewers we work with really enjoy the platform and find it easy to navigate and promotes efficient review. Customer support is always quick to answer questions and always seem to be available. **What do you dislike about Everlaw?** The only downside I have really encoutered is that Relativity users are usually not likely to have heard about the platform and are reluctant to try it. Also there are not as many third-party vendors supporting the platform if we needed extra project management or contract reviewer help. We are working on identiying vendors to help us with this issue should it become a problem for us. **What problems is Everlaw solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem Everlaw is solving for our litigation team and me personally as an admin/user of the product is ease of collaboration within our law firm and collaboration outside of the firm. The fact that we can upload, review and produce documents using one application has made my job duties so much easier. Whenever I need clarification, or assistance with doing something new, I have been able to call Everlaw Customer Service. There has never been a long wait time, they remote in, and my questions are always answered quickly, with a complete explanation from the team. You can take notes, go back later and follow up, and sort by code to identify important documents quickly. The production function is extremely important and creates an expedited assembly of producible documents tailored to your case. The best part of Everlaw is the expert customer service available at anytime. The staff is happy to help walk you through everything over the phone until you understand and have it properly set up. Every time I called, all of my questions were resolved and I received some helpful tips that I had not thought about. Additionally, there are short videos with setup instructions and samples. Once you get it all set up, the document review process went so fast. Everlaw also saved your work at every step, which was helpful if I was interrupted or needed a break and could come back and pick right up where I left off. I was able to very quickly sort through voluminous documents, identify relevant and privileged documents, and run a bates stamped production in a very short amount of time. **What do you dislike about Everlaw?** The least helpful is the initial set up. Although it takes a while, it is worth it in the end when everything is set up how you like it for the project you are working on. Also, the staff was extremely helpful on multiple calls and walking me through it until it was correctly set up. **What problems is Everlaw solving and how is that benefiting you?** Everlaw helps solve the problem of producing an accurate work product in the most efficient manner. It has benefited me with voluminous e-discovery that was completed in a fraction of the time. Everlaw also was also helpful because it saved my work product and I was able to login at anytime and work on the project, and pick up where I left off. ### 7. They are very open to user feedback that helps to improve the platform. **What do you dislike about Everlaw?** Lack of a complete archival solution that allows you to take down databases, store them on your local storage, and then rehydrate your data to resume working with your database as it was before. However, they do have an option suspend databases to help preserve the data to be able to quickly make it availabe at a later time. **What problems is Everlaw solving and how is that benefiting you?** Everlaw provides a platform that allows internal team members to collaborate with other government agencies, providing a unified platform to cover all aspects of document review and the building of a case. The production workflow is easy to manage and understand, and significantly reduces human error with its automated QC and clearly defined workflow templates. I also greatly appreciate the helpful customer support. **What do you dislike about Everlaw?** The threading and de-duplication functions do not work well together: Ideally, you should be able to reduce email (or chat) threads to a single most-inclusive record, and then dedupe those, but the Everlaw user interface displays the lesser inclusive emails in the document list anyway. (You need to perform threading, save to a binder, and then dedupe as a workaround.) **What problems is Everlaw solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our Customer and Regulatory Solutions Teams has onboarded Everlaw for all redactions and subpoena productions. Being able to select the fields I want to search on by simply clicking on the color-coded buttons is extremely user friendly. Furthermore, being able to directly access the searches that have been shared me through the "Shared with me" option is way easier than the similar function in Relativity. I also really appreciate how easy it is to assign searches to my own folder so I don't lose track of them. Customer support has been great as well, anytime I have had access issues a representative has resolved them almost immediately. **What do you dislike about Everlaw?** Even after sitting through an Everlaw training course, I am still very confused as to the difference between Assignments, Searches, Binders and Document Sets. The shared with me page is a little overwhelming with all of the different boxes. **What problems is Everlaw solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a third-party consultant we normally use the Relativity sites set up by the attorneys. This is actually the first time I have used Everlaw. From my standpoint, the problems that Everlaw solves relate to the ease in identifying and archiving searches and documents for later reference. It can take almost any file type, and there was a problem I ran into once where it wouldn't take the load file type and they went and converted it and uploaded it for me. The Everlaw staff is also very helpful and quick in their responses. **What do you dislike about Everlaw?** Only downside is sometimes I don't know how to use certain features, I wish the help pages were a little more helpful.
