A lot of processes are automated requiring less work, which is great for efficiency. The documents pull up quickly and are easy to review, and the mass redaction options are excellent. I'm excited to try the variety of AI features as well. All of these features allow me to streamline our processes and work more efficiently. **What do you dislike about Everlaw?** Alias fields should be editable; would like the ability to copy from one metadata field to another; would like the ability to search and replace within a field. Occasionally we get a mixture of native data and scanned data, and the scanned data needs fields populated to complete schedules. Being able to copy data and non-metadata fields quicker would be beneficial. There were some challenges we didn't anticipate and I felt that there was limited support in setting up our template how we needed it. I felt they didn't fully understand our needs. **What problems is Everlaw solving and how is that benefiting you?** Everlaw is easy to use with features we didn't have before. It automates many processes, reducing work, and documents load quickly and are easy to review. Mass redaction options are great, and I'm excited to try the AI features. Furthermore, the capability to convert audio and video files into written transcripts instantly is incredibly beneficial, particularly in legal contexts where reviewing audio content is frequent. This feature not only saves me significant time by allowing me to review the content as text but also facilitates easy searching for specific terms or words within a file. Additionally, while I don't fully integrate it, I find the features that allow easy access to documents stored on Google Drive quite useful in streamlining my workflow. **What do you dislike about Everlaw?** I don't think Everlaw is the most intuitive system. Some tech savvy users may have surprises using Everlaw, because they use other platforms and assume Everlaw functions the same way. Whenever I need clarification, or assistance with doing something new, I have been able to call Everlaw Customer Service. There has never been a long wait time, they remote in, and my questions are always answered quickly, with a complete explanation from the team. Being able to select the fields I want to search on by simply clicking on the color-coded buttons is extremely user friendly. Furthermore, being able to directly access the searches that have been shared me through the "Shared with me" option is way easier than the similar function in Relativity. I also really appreciate how easy it is to assign searches to my own folder so I don't lose track of them. Customer support has been great as well, anytime I have had access issues a representative has resolved them almost immediately. **What do you dislike about Everlaw?** Even after sitting through an Everlaw training course, I am still very confused as to the difference between Assignments, Searches, Binders and Document Sets. The shared with me page is a little overwhelming with all of the different boxes. **What problems is Everlaw solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a third-party consultant we normally use the Relativity sites set up by the attorneys. This is actually the first time I have used Everlaw. From my standpoint, the problems that Everlaw solves relate to the ease in identifying and archiving searches and documents for later reference. Furthermore, the integrated communications (e.g., receiving notification emails when something is shared with me) is a major upgrade from Relativity. ### 10. It can take almost any file type, and there was a problem I ran into once where it wouldn't take the load file type and they went and converted it and uploaded it for me. The Everlaw staff is also very helpful and quick in their responses. **What do you dislike about Everlaw?** Only downside is sometimes I don't know how to use certain features, I wish the help pages were a little more helpful. But nonethless the Everlaw staff is always there for you. **What problems is Everlaw solving and how is that benefiting you?** It puts all of the documents in one place and makes it very simple to search for terms and dates when people produced large zip files containing 100,000+ documents. Depending on specific case needs, you can keep usage basic or add bells and whistles to easily place your hands on the needed documents in response to discovery and for trial. Everlaw also comes with lots of help; you can easily reach someone to answer questions and provide further insight. **What do you dislike about Everlaw?** There are so many tools, it's taking me some time to learn them all. And they are constantly coming out with new bells and whistles; I'm not sure how I will be able to keep up! **What problems is Everlaw solving and how is that benefiting you?** Based on the recent Q&A with Mr. Shankar, they are looking ahead at cloud management. I appreciate their commitment to security since our clients trust us with their documents and a security breach would be a nightmare. One of my favorite features when reviewing emails is that Everlaw shows the email chain and which parts of the chain are inclusive of that specific email that is being viewed. I also love the coding and temperature features. **What do you dislike about Everlaw?** The hardest thing about Everlaw is learning it. They have a great database and learning center with great real time support, but there is just so much to know. I find that leanring while I am going is the best method for me, but I feel like there are always more features that I don't know about which could help streamline my process even more. **What problems is Everlaw solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest problem Everlaw has helped solve is streamlining the process to review mass amounts of ediscovery. It has cut down on the review time immensley while also providing for a more thorough review of the documents with the help of coding.
