The software is easy to use. Many of my clients that I set up on the platform, can quickly learn to use the application and send me data including mileage and expenses so that we can accurately reflect their expenses. The software doesn't always pick up trips. If the battery is low and location is turned off trips maybe missed. This is more so an issue with the cellphone, as different applications can quickly drain the battery.
