The reporting looks good on the surface but is missing some fundamental functions. For example, we are unable to generate a backlog report directly from EverHour. Everhour's integration with Asana is seamless. More than that the reporting that you can do with it is insane. I now have accurate historical data on all my previous jobs to help me estimate future jobs more accurately. I love how staff billable hours are automatically pulled through to reports. The only thing the could improve on slightly is when you create a new project in Asana, the client sync between Everhour and Asana is not always 100%. By that i mean that when you select the customer on creation of the project in Asana and save, you sometimes have to go back again since it does not always take the first time. The integration with Asana is spectacular. We track time at the task level. This allows me to report not only how much time each task and project is taking by resource, but also how much the team spends on new functionality vs. maintenance. It's proved to be invaluable.
