The application is responsive and provides the right level of functionality for small dev shops with billable hours to pass on to clients. The integrations with billing and accounting software reduce admin overhead considerably. The pièce de ré·sis·tance is EverHour's customer service. I desperately needed an improvement in the template engine for invoices. I asked customer support for the enhancement. Support said they would discuss the request with engineering. Engineering accepted the suggestion and added it to their road map. About 2 months later, support contacted me to inform me the feature was in production and invited me to try it. The feature worked perfectly.

I like the integration with Trello where I can track time for myself and my team directly on our Trello tasks. I also like the report feature where I can see overviews for the month. Whenever we've needed support - the team has helped very fast and effectively.

I like how easy it is to get an overview of how my team is using their time.
