Everhour is a streamlined, easy-to-use time tracking tool that has many great features. The most useful to our company, however, is the fluid integration with Asana.

My team uses EverHour for a few reasons:

1) It has a simple, intuitive interface

2) It has a powerful reporting engine that we now use for generating various insights, including employee time analyses and customer invoices

3) It comes with solid integrations with task management software (we use ClickUp in particular).

4) Per-user costs are low, which is essential for us as we have many part-time employees, some of whom only work a few hours per week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most significant limitation of EverHour is the inability to categorize hours within an individual task.

We use EverHour to track the time we spend working on tasks logged in ClickUp, our task management system. EverHour has a wonderful ability to categorize time by the attributes of tasks - for example, we can filter hours in EverHour based on tags attached to their associated tasks in ClickUp.

However, if we have a single task in ClickUp - say, "Build Feature X" - we can't say, "I tracked 6 hours toward this, 2 of which were management (non-billable), 2 were development (billable), etc." To get around that limitation, we create additional tasks to represent different work units on a larger project, but this can get tedious.
