Everhour integrates perfectly into Asana, where we manage all of our work, and Xero, where we bill all of our clients and pay our contractors. No more using outside time tracking tools, copying and pasting task titles into the outside tool, and wondering which time entries apply to which tasks. The integration is a breeze to set up, and their online support is top-notch. Few tools live up to their promise, but Everhour does in spades. If you are an Asana user, just get this tool. Everhour has been a game changer in tracking estimated versus actual task time through our project management tool, Basecamp. This has enabled us to more accurately quote implementation projects and quickly view and adress areas of overage. Any questions or issues I have had have been responded to quickly. Integration was effortless. As a daily user, I have no complaints and can see through their standard reports all that I need. Our company is testing the tool for over a month now (we´re switching from clocify). After doing a research and testing out many tools I finally found a tool that perfectly syncronised with asana. Tracking time has become very easy and we got a detailed overview on how much time we need for certain project or customer. Also the support is great, I needed help and the team from Everhour has helped to solve the problem within an hour. Can only recoomend Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Everhour? that the time is rounded up and not precisely saved. We track substasks that takes less than 30sec, but they are still shown as one minute.
