The reporting capabilities can be improved as well. This is a specific issue - but for us we often need to see performance at the Sub1 level for specific date ranges. We can't filter this on the main reporting page with different date ranges - the current process requires us to set the date range, run the report, then click into the affiliate's link before we can filter by sub1 / sub2 etc. It should be available as a filter right on the main page. **Recommendations to others considering Everflow:** Anyone who is managing multiple affiliate partners would benefit greatly from using Everflow. I can pull data quickly, customize my views, and provide resources to my partners without asking me for custom reports. HUGE TIME SAVER! **What do you dislike about Everflow?** I don't necessarily have anything to dislike Everflow. Compared to our custom reporting portal that was very basic and inefficient, Everflow was a no-brainer for us to make the switch. One improvement I would recommend is a faster/fewer clicks method to impersonate a partner's account. Maybe have some shortcuts options or often used features box on the side of the screen for quicker access. **What problems is Everflow solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have better visibility into click and conversion data. I don't have to wait a long time to download data as everything is always up and running. We've been able to use postback URL pixels, and it's easy to set up for our partners. I also love the Veem integration, it has really simplified our AP. Also, their customer service team is among the best I have ever used. **What do you dislike about Everflow?** I think some of the reporting features need to be simplified so data can spit out and I can use a pivot table to get what I need. The Dimensional Reporting and Flex Reports are great, but could be better.
