I’ve been using Everfit for my fitness coaching business a new personal trainer, and it has been a great investment. It lets me keep everything organized in one place, which makes managing my coaching much smoother. My clients also appreciate how easy the app is to navigate, and it helps keep them accountable between sessions. What do you dislike about Everfit? The only downside I've experienced is that it takes a little time to learn all of the features. There are so many options that it can feel overwhelming at first, but once I got everything set up it became much easier to use. The benefits have definitely outweighed the initial learning curve. Client management has been fantastic. Everything is in one place—training, nutrition, habits, tasks, check-ins, and forms—and it all gets saved to each client’s file. This makes check-ins much more efficient. I also like that it allows for customization to fit every client’s unique needs. The app is easy for clients to use, and that’s key. I really wish there were a way to book appointments directly in the app. Another area that could use improvement is the Master Builder—I’d like to be able to see past workouts there as well. That will be helpful from having to manage that in another calendar. This makes my group program very scalable for all fitness levels. I also love that it really is an all in one solution for fitness coaches. You can run your whole business with Everfit! I would love to be able to integrate my email platform for tagging clients and leads and adding them to my email list. I also love the start bundle that includes payments and automations and resource collections, but there is no option to just increase clients with the bundle. Some cool updates could be a sets and reps to muscle group counter, time scheduling for workouts and then integration into clients calendars. It covers all the essentials—programming, communication, and tracking—while also offering strong on-demand studio features, recipe books, and meal planning tools that genuinely enhance the client experience. The customer support is exceptional. The team is responsive, listens to feedback, and consistently rolls out meaningful improvements. Everfit Academy is another standout—it makes a robust platform much easier to learn and implement effectively. From a business standpoint, the white-labeled version allows me to deliver a highly professional product to corporate clients without needing a tech background. Payment processing is simple, and the platform is built in a way that grows with you as a coach or organization. My favourite thing would be the look and feel of the platform. I often have clients comment on how much they like the app. This is by far the most important thing to me. I have tried to food tracking app within everfit however most things i scanned were not recognised and led to manual entry. As my clients are new to food tracking, its important that there are minimal boundaries when they are learning. Im sure this will be refined overtime but for now we’ll stick with Cronometer. Also theres a lack of ability to organise some of the tab screens. For example the coaching tab always feels a bit overwhelming, i cant organise how things are show and the resources and programs repeat here for some reason.
