I instantly knew how to use it without any onboarding or demos and found that it ticked all the boxes for me. Some of my clients would not be the most tech-savvie and are often snowed-under with all the apps they have for tracking this and that...no Everfit - they instantly fell in love with it and took no training either - it was so simple and effective that they just instinctively understood it. From a programming point of view it is unbelievably adaptable and what I love the most is that it can track so many pre-set and customisable metrics - including 1RM. I believe there's more on the way - PARQ forms and various assessments - really looking forward to these which will move all my spreadsheets online and remove the need for that chore at my end. Should be a way to swap exercises when needed. For example, I put together a workout but client comes in and has shoulder pain requiring me to modify or swap an exercise. At this time, I can't do that on the program so I have to make a note in the workout. I also wish the notes would appear when the client does that exercise again on a different day. This is the first app, that I have ever used, that not only adds in all the components of high end programming, but gives you the data to expedite the process and making future progressions to clients with ease such as working off a 1-rep max. I would have appreciated some case studies, etc. to understand how people can use specific features into their business (and what may not be useful). Also, giving me the tools to understand how to onboard my clients would be advantageous. Sending videos is a great first step, but adding audio messages too would be amazing!
