What do you like best about Evereye?

"Eye4Fraud is a Great Business"

What do you like best about Evereye?

I like their system, they test your orders and send you an email within minutes if its approved to ship out or if they believe it is fraud and we should not ship. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent protection and value"

What do you like best about Evereye?

Saving money and time with fraud protection. We had many fraudulent orders, and our team spent a lot of time validating and reviewing them manually. Eye4Fraud gave us a simple "Green light/Red light" review of orders which has been extremely helpful. We've still had a few chargeback cases, but it's a lot lower percentage. Even better, now we're fully insured, and Eye4Fraud handles the chargeback dispute process! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Evereye?

No major complaints. We had slow processing/pushback on a chargeback one time and I ended up getting a personal call from the owner; he quickly resolved the matter. I appreciated that personal touch, plus it increased my confidence in their service Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Evereye solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have dramatically reduced time-spend on order management. We have also reduced loss from fraudulent orders. Having orders reviewed and insured is a big deal. We were seeing increasing numbers of sophisticated fraud cases in which criminals would use IP spoofing, real customer addresses, and custom email addresses to place orders and then redirect packages in route using services like "UPS MyChoice" and "FedEx Delivery Manager". What do you like best about Evereye?

What do you dislike about Evereye?

If we have an order come in after close of business on a Friday or weekend that is from something like a VPN or proxy that needs to be manually be checked, then we can't ship this order until Monday once the team is available to manually check these orders. Not every weekend order has this type of issue, but there is one from time to time that we need to check back later for a determination of whether it is fraud or not. If you are tired of shipping free stuff to customers that are fraudsters and need something to help you with fraud, Eye4Fraud can help. It's helped us and has paid for itself and then some in terms of sending out fraudulent orders that should not have shipped in the first place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Evereye solving and how is that benefiting you?

If we have a fraudulent order come in without Eye4Fraud, then we ship it and a month or more later, we get a chargeback and have lost the dispute with the card companies in the past. With Eye4Fraud at work, we generally get fraudulent orders kicked back and refunded without getting to the chargeback phase, without shipping the fraudulent orders out at all. So we are not dealing with shipping goods, then losing the money a month later anymore. We've dealt with chargebacks from time to time still and have been able to resolve them working with the customer or working with the Eye4Fraud team on the credit card company paperwork in submitting the response to the chargeback. If we lose the case with the card company, the Eye4Fraud team cuts us a check to cover the order that should not have shipped but did because they didn't catch it or defend the chargeback to the point that the card company puts the funds back on our account. What do you like best about Evereye?

Before E4F, we used to do Fraud checks manually. It is so great not to have to worry about that anymore! It is easy to follow their website for anything that needs to be confirmed, and the team is helpful if there are any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Speed. The website can take a long time to load, and sometimes the response time from the team can take days. We have been working with them on this, and it has improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
