What do you like best about Evereye?

Status of our orders are dependent on status in Eye4fraud, helps us control/prevent fraud orders going out that should not. Their customer service is above the bar and they are always ready to jump on a call to further assist you. Eye4fraud has saved our business a lot of money over the last few years that we have utilized them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Evereye?

Orders that appear to be fraud at times can still be marked as Insured. This can be costly for us when an order gets shipped out and we receive a chargeback for it. We lose money for the "free product" that was sent and no sale to tie to that. This affects our overall profitability as a business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Evereye solving and how is that benefiting you?

At times we were receiving an excessive amount of fraud transactions, especially over the weeks when we do not have any representatives monitoring them. Due to the status updates within our eCommerce platform Big Commerce we were not able to stop these orders before they were already shipped out and delivered. Per the status of the order within Eye4Fraud we have it set to update accordingly on our end. This allows it to not go through our automation system and be shipped out, even if it is fraud. We can keep it in a pending status, double-check it and cancel as needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Evereye?

What problems is Evereye solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were experiencing fraudulent charges and worried about chargebacks. Eye4Fraud has allowed us to process almost all orders we receive, and also guarantees to cover you on any chargebacks made on insured orders (Never needed this as we have never had a chargeback since). What do you like best about Evereye?

The most helpful thing about eye4fraud is the peace of mind of that comes with the service. Not to mention the several hours saved that would have normally been spent manually reviewing orders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Evereye?

What do you like best about Evereye?

We were an early adopter of Signifyd (2012) , they did great for a while but they had several policy changes to prevent merchants from getting reimbursed for cases of missed fraud. Hence, we changed to eye4fraud. Eye4fraud is much much better about both catching fraud as well as making it very easy to get paid for cases that they miss. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Evereye?
