## About Everest ERP
Lensing (formerly Everest Systems) is built for a simple reality: most ERPs are built for stability, not change. The moment your business evolves — new pricing mode, a new entity, an acquisition, a new tax jurisdiction — you're back in a consultant-led project that takes a year and leaves you running critical workflows in spreadsheets anyway. Lensing is the AI-native ERP built for change. It's enterprise-grade at the core — real revenue recognition (ASC 606 / IFRS 15), multi-entity and multi-book consolidation, multi-currency globalization, and integrated operations from HR and cloud costs to assets and inventory. But unlike legacy ERPs, you can generate new workflows, logic, and applications directly inside the system using AI, and test every change on real data in a live sandbox, a live digital twin of your ERP, before it goes live. No bolt-on scripts. No consultant-only knowledge. It's designed for finance teams whose operations move faster than their systems can — from scaling SaaS and tech companies to complex, global enterprises. If a modern GL can't handle your complexity but you dread another NetSuite or Intacct implementation, Lensing is the last ERP migration you'll have to survive. Finance leaders choose Lensing to expand into new markets without re-platforming, close faster with less audit risk, and get a real-time view across entities — so finance can move as fast as the business does. ## Everest ERP Reviews
 ### 1. Streamlined ERP backed by outstanding support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda L. | VP, Finance, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Everest ERP?**

Unlike legacy systems that feel rigid and outdated, Everest was designed for modern finance teams. It replaced multiple systems and processes with a unified ERP, delivering more accurate data, faster closes, and fewer errors. As someone who joined post-implementation, I found it intuitive and easy to navigate, with the sandbox providing a safe way to learn the platform. I also value how the Everest team is invested in our success and takes feedback seriously when it comes to enhancements and the future roadmap.

**What do you dislike about Everest ERP?**

As with any transition to a new platform, especially one newer to the market like Everest, there has naturally been some adjustment for the team. The core pieces of the system work smoothly, but a few integration partners and documentation are still catching up as the platform grows. We’ve also encountered unique scenarios that work differently than in our old system, which has required some adaptation. The upside is the Everest team’s responsiveness — they’ve been hands-on and supportive whenever we’ve needed guidance.

**What problems is Everest ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation has eliminated tedious manual work and streamlined core processes such as revenue recognition, order management, and reconciliations. Greater visibility across the quote-to-cash cycle now provides a complete view of billings, strengthening both cash forecasting and control. Most importantly, Everest has allowed us to move beyond spreadsheets and disconnected systems to focus on insights and decision-making.

 ### 2. ERP Partner, Not Just a Vendor

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vanessa L. | Director of Finance and Accounting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Everest ERP?**

The Everest team brings deep domain expertise in accounting and finance, which has made a huge difference in how quickly we were able to get value from the platform. Their team is responsive, knowledgeable, and quick to acknowledge and address any issues that come up. The revenue recognition module has completely transformed and automated what used to be a painful, manual process. Intercompany transactions are seamless, and their sandbox environment makes it easy to test without risk. I also appreciate how AI is thoughtfully integrated — from smart bank reconciliation suggestions to system-wide efficiencies that really save time.

**What do you dislike about Everest ERP?**

As a newer platform, there are still areas that are maturing — whether it's documentation, minor features, or edge-case workflows. That said, the team is highly responsive to feedback and has consistently delivered updates quickly, which gives me confidence in the roadmap.

**What problems is Everest ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everest is solving the challenge of managing core finance operations across multiple disconnected tools by bringing everything into a single, modern ERP system. From billing and revenue recognition to intercompany accounting, reporting, approvals, and audit readiness. With everything in one place, we’ve gained real-time visibility, reduced manual work, and significantly streamlined our month-end close. It’s enabled the team to shift from maintaining spreadsheets to focusing on insights, automation, and faster decision-making.

 ### 3. The ERP for Modern Finance Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tiffany F. | Director, Accounting & Finance, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Everest ERP?**

Everest has been exactly what we needed - a modern, SaaS-focused ERP that supports the full quote-to-cash cycle without the complexity of larger platforms like NetSuite. It replaced the need for bolt-on billing tools to QBO and gave us a unified system from billing to GL.

The two-way Salesforce integration has been a major win, finally giving our sales and finance teams a single source of truth. Automation across order management, invoicing, and revenue recognition has not only saved us significant time but also improved accuracy.

We were up and running in under 90 days, thanks to the hands-on support from Everest’s domain experts. It’s clear this platform was built for finance teams that want to move fast, stay lean, and scale confidently.

**What do you dislike about Everest ERP?**

As a newer player in the ERP space, there are naturally some areas Everest is still evolving, especially when it comes to edge-case features or highly specialized workflows. That said, their team is incredibly responsive and motivated by these challenges. We've found them to be true partners: quick to listen, iterate, and deliver improvements based on real customer feedback.

It’s also worth noting that no ERP implementation is ever plug-and-play. Some of the bumps we experienced were just as much a result of our own internal processes needing refinement. Everest helped us surface those gaps and worked alongside us to design solutions that actually made us stronger.

**What problems is Everest ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Everest, we were juggling multiple disconnected systems (QuickBooks, Salesforce, and spreadsheets) which made it difficult to maintain consistency and control. Everest streamlined everything into a single, integrated platform, eliminating reconciliation issues and simplifying our workflows. One of the biggest wins has been the two-way Salesforce integration, which finally gave our Sales and Finance teams a shared source of truth and improved visibility across the entire quote-to-cash process. As our business grows, Everest continues to scale with us by supporting increasingly complex billing needs without adding unnecessary overhead or tools.

 ### 4. The ERP to Bring Accountants into the New Age of Technology

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brady N. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Everest ERP?**

Everest is built to cater to your needs. It offers integrations and features that allow you to bring your existing systems and processes into Everest. Other legacy ERP systems force you to conform to their system and only allow you a certain set of modules to work within. Everest is a complete solution out of the box and it allows your business and accounting team to grow into it.

**What do you dislike about Everest ERP?**

Everest doesn't have the same name recognition as the legacy systems, so other companies might not be as willing to work with them to improve APIs and integrations. However, I've seen the Everest team work around this in real-time and still build solutions for their customer despite some of those roadblocks.

**What problems is Everest ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Everest is building an ERP for the new technological age. It is an AI-native system, so you can build prompts to support your workflows and be a copilot for your reporting needs.
- It provides the ability for complexity (multi-subsidiary, multi-currency, ASC 606 recognition) in an easy-to-use platform for users. Legacy systems charge many of the additional features you need and make it difficult to access and digest these features.
- Everest allows users to measure change and be agile with decision making. Their sandbox system allows you to test business changes like pricing or product changes and their effects on your financial statements.
- Everest caters to the systems you're already using and they are continually working to allow more systems to provide real-time data and financial transactions into the system. This way, accounting teams can pick and choose the other systems they want (AP, billing, treasury) but still potentially avoid the headaches of manual imports and data integration.
