**What do you like best about Evercondo?**

Evercondo provides a great platform to do a number of things including store documents for owner access while also providing a bulletin board for smaller updates. 

**What do you dislike about Evercondo?**

Sometimes there are issues when trying to link people to their accounts. 

**Recommendations to others considering Evercondo:**

Very organized and modern way to provide owners with info they need. 

**What problems is Evercondo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides us a way to grant better access to owners for documents, updates, etc.
