"Everbridge 360 Automates Critical Alerts and Keeps Incidents on Track"
5/5
What do you like best about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

I liked the automation of alerts the most. There is a lot going on today, I apologize if I seem to be yelling, but basically - when something critical occurs; Everbridge 360 will automatically notify the correct individuals, eliminating the need for manual tracking of all team members. We are responsible for managing many different locations and prior to using Everbridge 360 critical items often went un-notified and/or fell between the cracks during incidents. Now we have a workflow, it runs as planned, the correct individuals receive notifications and assignments are made for those affected by the critical item. I no longer have to determine which team member may know what. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

The initial setup of Everbridge 360 took a significant amount of time, users cannot simply log-in and begin using the software without first properly mapping out their response processes and procedures. Also, Everbridge 360’s auto-correct feature consistently changes “escalation” to a non-desirable word choice – while this issue is not specific to Everbridge 360, it did contribute to my frustration level today. "Critical messages reach the right people quickly"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

The reason I find Everbridge Mass Notification interesting is that it provides me with a feeling of certainty that I am able to get all the updates sent to all employees in the shortest time possible. I often make use of it to send safety messages, changes in operations or urgent reminders. The alerts are accurate and timely due to its features of multi channel messaging, targeting an audience, and scheduling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

One of the disadvantages that I have had with it is that tailoring messages to particular employee groups is sometimes tedious. This at times postpones alerts of an urgent situation in my position. Although the platform itself provides a ton of options, it can involve additional effort to identify the appropriate settings to use on targeting, timing, and delivery, a factor that may have a short-term negative impact on the efficiency of work. "Easy-to-Follow Task Checklists That Simplify Complex Work"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

I appreciate that it simplifies complex activities into easy to follow task check lists; I've worked a long day on my feet and I'm glad that at least the check lists are easy to follow. It takes care of all the follow-up items, so I don't have to worry about them and as long as it keeps running, it's good enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

I dislike how they are very price sensitive and require you to purchase many seats in order to use their software. Also the notification feed is cluttered and becomes annoying unless you spend a lot of time adjusting the settings and I also find it strange that it will function on edge but not chrome. "Effortless Emergency Management with Intuitive UI"
4/5
What do you like best about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

I find Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management) fairly easy to use with its intuitive design. I appreciate that all the settings are in one place, making them easier to navigate. The feature of event subscriptions is very useful for getting targeted information out quickly. Additionally, the initial setup was pretty easy, and the implementation manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

The training could use some improvement. It would be helpful to receive more information from the customer success manager on tools, helpful tips, and tricks. Perhaps weekly tips and tricks, best practices, or insights on how other agencies are using the system would be useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effective for Employee Tracking, Setup and Reporting Challenges"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

I like the fact that we can see the location of our workforce in their static locations, temporary locations and traveler itineraries. We can feed in information about our people and get visibility to important details like nationality, titles and levels. This visibility is crucial, especially when we have people of particular nationalities going into countries where there's high tension. We can quickly see who we may need to evacuate or protect, ensuring their safety and easily communicate with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

It's not been an easy setup, and we're still engaging with Everbridge to bring on a TAM to help automate a lot of processes and get fully implemented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Use and Keeps All Event Communications in One Place"
5/5
What do you like best about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

It’s easy to use, and I like being able to pull everything together in one place, including communications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

Being able to plan ahead for when you’re going to respond to something is really helpful. I think events usually have a lot going on, so the more you can build in ahead of time—and the less you have to “think of” or “remember” in the moment—the more likely you are to end up with better outcomes. "Everbridge 360: Facilitating Rapid Response Times and Streamlining Communication During Crisis"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

It's been incredibly beneficial for the purpose of notifying employees of ongoing events, from minor inconveniences in the area to emergencies that require rapid response from designated groups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

Every now and then we receive a VCC alert that's delayed, which slows down response times or else is less beneficial as other sources were able to inform our team faster. However, this is not for the majority of events and incidents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
