"All-in-One Risk Tracking with Clean Dashboards and Time-Saving Bulk Uploads"
5/5
What do you like best about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

I enjoy that everbridge 360 provides an all in one place for all event and risk management tracking as opposed to many scattered excel files. The dashboards are relatively aesthetically pleasing and allow for ease of viewing when controls fail. Also doing bulk uploads via excel has worked well most of the time saving me hours of manual data entry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

It takes forever to set up advanced features and I need too much help to get it running and when you mess up a bulk upload, you can’t just delete the entire batch, you have to manually delete links one by one which makes me want to scream. Also custom reports are super rigid, so if my boss wants a very specific view, I will simply export all and do it myself anyway. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential for Crisis Communication, Needs Setup Refinement"
4/5
What do you like best about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

I really appreciate the Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management) platform for its consolidated dashboard. During incidents, I don't want to be wasting time looking through menus, and having all the important controls on one screen really cuts down on frustration. The multi-channel delivery system is great too, as it helps ensure notifications reach the team by voice, message, and email at the same time, so no critical alerts are missed if someone steps away from their desk. I also find safety confirmations very useful because I can see real-time acknowledgements, which lets me immediately know who has been reached and who needs follow-up, instead of working through a call list manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

New administrators find the volume of configuration options daunting, and I have spent time walking colleagues through the setup before they felt confident. Acknowledgement handling could also be smarter, because devices continue receiving alerts after a person has already responded. The mobile application occasionally lags when I am checking team positions during a demanding period. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Multichannel Alerts, Some Admin Challenges"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

I like the multichannel delivery feature of Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management). Messages can be sent by text, voice, and email simultaneously, making it easy to reach someone whether they're on job sites with their phone or back at their desk. The confirmation checking is genuinely valuable, especially during weather events, as it lets us know which staff have acknowledged the alert and who hasn't, allowing us to follow up directly. Integration with our HR directory keeps contact information current automatically, which is crucial because an outdated phone number can go unnoticed until it's too late. The delivery speed has been reliable, ensuring messages go out quickly rather than trickling through over several minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

The admin interface feels heavier than what our firm needs, with a lot of configurations clearly designed for much larger organizations. Finding the specific setting I want sometimes takes more clicking than it should. The pricing also reflects more of an enterprise orientation, and I've had to justify internally that our size genuinely benefits from something this robust rather than a cheaper mass texting tool. There's not much of an intelligent assistant either; I would like something that could suggest which group to notify based on the nature of an incident, but building and selecting the right audience is now entirely manual. "Efficient Incident Management with Geo-Targeted Alerts"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

I love the multi-channel alerts feature of Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management) because it allows me to send the same message through text, phone call, and email simultaneously. This ensures people receive the message regardless of where they are working. The geo-targeting feature is also extremely valuable, as it lets me notify only the specific crews assigned to an affected area, preventing unnecessary alarm across the entire company. These features take a real weight off my shoulders during critical events, like the recent flooding incident I managed. Having ready-made templates for different scenarios like equipment failures, severe weather, and site access issues helps me reliably reach the right crews in minutes, transforming incident response from a crisis into a manageable task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

Contact management is the weak spot. Our field teams rotate between sites often, so keeping the lists current falls on me, and the import process fights back more than it should. The interface also shows its age. Nothing that blocks my work, but some administrative tasks take more clicks than necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines Communication During Critical Events"
4/5
What do you like best about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

I appreciate how Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management) resolves the fragmented communication that used to happen during disruptions. It allows me to establish which of our traveling parties are exposed and communicate with them and the partners handling arrangements simultaneously, rather than relying on a chain of individual calls. I love the clarity it brings when something urgent needs to be communicated, as I can issue an update confidently and ensure it reaches the intended group. The ability to choose the channel based on urgency is also incredibly valuable, helping me treat minor itinerary adjustments differently from genuine disruptions. Additionally, the integration with Airtable and HubSpot simplifies the contact process, since our groups are already segmented and client details are easily accessible. The initial setup was actually pretty simple, which was a relief. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

Tailoring the communication rules to a particular scenario is more laborious than it ought to be. When circumstances shift, adjusting the message paths mid-flight is not as straightforward as I would like. The formatting options are also somewhat spare, which works against me when a message carries detail that needs to be read precisely rather than skimmed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Incident Response with Automated Messaging and Clear Checklists"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

I like most how you can send automatic messages and a checklist to help determine who has to be called in case of a critical incident. It’s better than everybody running around yelling to find out what to do. I have been able to use conditional statements to direct various types of emergency messages to specific groups based upon the situation. And also everyone knows what they are supposed to do with their assignments thanks to the system and I don’t have to spend my day asking each of them the same 6 follow-up questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

Creating a new workflow for incidents is extremely slow because the framework is very rigid; therefore, changing even a single item within that framework requires re-doing almost all of your work. Annoying. Also, exporting reports from previous emergencies is a nightmare due to data being mangled together and there are far too many mouse clicks required to produce a simple report. Integration with other applications such as Slack is severely limited – defeating the primary objective of rapid communications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Real-Time Mapping and Targeted Alerts Strengthen GSOC Response"
3/5
What do you like best about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

From a GSOC standpoint, the mapping capabilities and real-time alerts offer clear visibility into how events impact our facilities and travelers. The ability to send targeted notifications, automate workflows, and document actions within a single platform enhances both response speed and accountability. I’m especially looking forward to the implementation of the new AI system, as it has the potential to streamline processes even further. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

Some parts of Everbridge Critical Event Management are more complicated than they should be—especially when you’re trying to fine-tune alert criteria, manage asset associations, or build automation rules. If you’re not already experienced with the platform, it can feel confusing and time-consuming to get things set up correctly. In reality, most teams end up needing ongoing training and support just to use these features effectively and consistently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Robust Safety Solution with Stellar Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

I really like the flexibility of Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management) and its ability to adapt to our needs. I also appreciate that it offers open access for parents, students, faculty, staff, and visitors, which is fantastic for a college setting like ours. The platform allows anybody to access it, and most importantly, it lets our security operations center see individuals who activate any kind of SOS or message in real-time, which helps in making our campus safer. The initial setup was super easy, especially with the support from Everbridge and the assistance of our technical account manager, Scott Nethereau. His expertise, flexibility, and willingness to help were tremendous, allowing us to meet tight deadlines effectively. Lastly, I'd say the overall ease of the platform and the standard it sets for mass communication and critical support are quite impressive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

I think the communication around what the comms button and secure chat features are for could be improved. It would also be beneficial to have marketing materials available from Everbridge on the different features to share with my communications and marketing team, as well as faculty, staff, and students. "Reliable Alerts and Outstanding Support Team"
5/5
What do you like best about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

I love the service team. They are so good and so responsive. I don't like having to call them, but usually it's for something I just need to be taught a little bit on, and it's one of the best teams. One time I configured new roles for different subsidiaries within our country and somehow did it incompletely, so I put in a ticket and they walked me through all the pieces I needed to add to make sure it was a complete role profile. Speed of response is really important, and I hear from them the same day, usually within minutes instead of multiple hours. They know what they're doing and they are technically excellent. They're also really willing to hear feedback. If there's something I'm asking for or want that they don't have, they volunteer immediately to get an enhancement request in, and then they keep me posted on it. It's just a really great two way conversation. The persistent ringtones and alerts have made it much more reliable, and the fact that it can function on Wi-Fi and cellular has made a huge difference. I value the alerts, the alert workflows, and messaging the most. The persistent alerts were a huge win, especially since people used to easily sleep through a single phone call, and people in not great cell areas would miss calls. The fact that it's an app and can function on either kind of connectivity, the persistent messaging, and that they can forward messages within the app instead of having to call somebody have all been really helpful. It integrates with the NICE CXone platform. Compared to the systems we used before, this is by far the best solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

{"I don't like the workflow canvases very much.","I feel like it's hard to keep things organized.","Things just blend together. I just don't like the interface.","You're looking at a gray screen with gray icons on it. Color would be good. Anything to visually break it up.","Color code the icons or the actions. That's the biggest one, color coding the actions.","Initial setup was moderate. I needed pro services.","I don't like to have to call the service team, but usually it's for something I need to be taught a little bit on."} Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Everbridge Alerts Keep the Team in Sync When It Matters Most"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

I love being able to send alerts to the whole team, especially because there was one time—right before a sales event—when we ran into a problem with a supplier. I was able to send an alert in seconds, and because of that we managed the situation before it escalated. That’s what’s so great about Everbridge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

If I had to point out one negative, it would be that the documentation could use some improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
