"Incredibly Customizable and Stellar Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

We use the Everbridge 360 system as our university’s primary emergency mass-notification tool. I really appreciate how responsive the Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management) technical team is—they’re always ready to support us and troubleshoot whatever we need. I also like how flexible and customizable the system is overall. It’s an impressive platform that provides a wide range of resources beyond just sending alerts.

The setup was straightforward, and the Everbridge team made the integration process smooth. We also integrate it with Modo Labs to connect with our university app, social media channels, and Alertus software, which further enhances its functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

The only area that really comes to mind is training. Their platform already provides extensive support and training through Everbridge University, but it would be helpful to receive more targeted information about specific trainings that match our needs, so we can share it with our dispatchers who are responsible for sending alerts. "Quick to Learn, Easy to Use, Reliable Crisis Communications"
5/5
What do you like best about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

Everbridge's user interface is intuitive and learner-friendly. We have a small team of users that I was able to easily train on how to perform their duties.

We recently completed an integration with our new human resources platform - our Everbridge account manager was able to provide simple instructions that allowed us to perform the integration in under an hour.

From a performance perspective, the platform has exceeded expectations and allowed us to rapidly send targeted notifications to frontline employees regarding physical security alerts that include images and guidelines.

Continuing to partner and renew our contract with Everbridge was an easy decision this budget season as the price for the capability is an excellent return on investment. Plus, Everbridge's continued growth and development promise increasing opportunities to integrate new and improved products to support our own growing organization. The support team has also been exceptional at walking us through the different capabilities and scaling packages to the capability and price best-suited for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

In complete honesty, we haven't noticed anything that we dislike at this time. Usually, user interface and learning how to use a system would be the biggest challenge, but Everbridge has proven incredibly intuitive and easy to learn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Pivotal for Quick Emergency Response"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

I appreciate the real-time picture Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management) gives me of every asset and the risks they face. It allows me to see the whole estate at a glance, which has changed how I keep watch over our systems. I love how it seamlessly integrates with the platforms we already run, making it feel like a part of our existing environment. It simplifies passing information between departments without the need to manually stitch together separate tools. Its integration capabilities allow it to automatically map a fault signal to the associates tied to a system, which saves me the effort of manually working out who to warn and how to contact them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

My one criticism is that setting up the workflow to reach particular groups for particular events can occasionally take some fiddling. The logic behind who gets notified when is not always as direct as I would like. That said, their support team has consistently smoothed the path, and what looked knotty at the outset has always been sorted without much trouble. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reduced our emergency response times significantly"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

I really appreciate the geographic targeting feature of Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management). It's perfect in crisis situations, allowing me to make a virtual line over the refinery area impacted on the map. The system then only alerts staff inside that danger zone, which is great for avoiding mass panic in the entire manufacturing complex. The automated text-to-speech capability that plays voice warnings on radios has been a huge help as well, especially since heavy protective equipment can prevent communication with remote field workers. This feature successfully reduced evacuation response times by three minutes per incident. Also, the initial setup was quite easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

I continue to experience the same problem with the admin dashboard—it gets frozen when trying to upload large employee contact lists. After a few hours of background tracking, it consumes the entire battery power from the phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines Critical Communication with Ease"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

I really appreciate the intuitive interface of Everbridge 360, which makes it easier for new users to learn and take advantage of its customization capabilities. It's great that I can set up alerts for different events and create communication groups according to the needs of each situation. Also, the tool greatly helps in coordinating responses to critical situations and security threats, which could affect our operations. Better communication is much more efficient now because it allows us to send alerts to the team and ensures everyone is well-informed in real-time. The initial setup was easy, but a few training sessions were needed to fully familiarize ourselves with all the features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

The customization of alerts could be improved. Although there is an option to create custom messages, sometimes the default templates don't perfectly match what we want. It's difficult to adapt to our organizational culture or the tone we want to communicate in specific situations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Robust Alert System with Room for AI Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

I use Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management) to launch alerts through multiple channels and coordinate rapid response teams in real time through virtual crisis rooms. What I like most about it is its ability to compare global threat intelligence data with the location of our employees on an interactive map. The Visual Command Center module is fantastic as it cross-references intelligence data such as weather, traffic, disturbances, and earthquakes, and shows me the locations on an interactive map. It improves speed significantly, and in a matter of seconds, I know exactly who received the alert. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

I would like predictive artificial intelligence for incidents to be more autonomous. The problem is that, while it already detects threats on the maps, it sometimes requires too much human intervention to filter out false positives from local news that do not represent a real risk to the operation. Also, the initial setup was a long and meticulous process. I thought it would be like installing an app in ten minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Robust Crisis Management, High Cost"
4/5
What do you like best about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

I like Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management) because it helps me manage crises and critical events, avoiding significant delays. The solution solves communication problems and speeds up response times, making everything run smoothly. I liked a couple of things about it: the template setup, the security, the built-in AI, and the response speed. The built-in AI is particularly useful as it helps me write clearer messages, trigger alerts, and navigate the platform when I have questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

I feel the cost is too high; it's a business solution and the price reflects that, but it seems too high to me. I also found the initial setup a bit complicated as it took quite a while, about six weeks, to get everything ready for use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Crisis Management and Communication"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

I like the ability to quickly contact the right people, especially in incidents where safety is a concern. It's crucial for me to notify and follow up on responses in almost real-time. When I launch a critical event, everything is neatly organized, which reassures clients as they no longer have the crisis scattered across different places. I also find it beneficial that we define the event, select recipients, and let the system handle consistent information dissemination. The consolidated view of errors, statuses, responsible parties, and updates in one place without relying on the phone is a big plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

The experience is excellent, but I want to improve it and have more libraries of best practices. This would help accelerate implementation even further, and having more ready-to-use content for each sector would be beneficial. Also, I remember the initial setup experience as challenging, but very organized, and it wasn't that difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient CEM with Seamless Alerts"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

I like Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management) because it has a good interface that is easy to use, even for staff who aren't technically skilled. It's also flexible, allowing me to easily segment audiences and send specific messages to different groups depending on the situations, which is amazing. The initial setup was very good and seamless, with training provided throughout the process. There are no longer any delays in the transmission of important information as we send alerts in a matter of minutes, which is invaluable when time is of the essence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

The templates could be improved, especially regarding customization, because I don't see many options. Greater personalization would better reflect our institution's identity or make the alerts more visually appealing, which could help capture the recipients' attention. "Critical Event Management Streamlined and Efficient"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

I appreciate the customization options in Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management), which allow me to tailor response menus and protocols to my liking or specific project needs. I loved the event geolocation feature for its effectiveness in sending alerts to the right people. It's useful for improving communication and coordination during critical situations, including the ability to alert when any type of emergency arises in the workplace. Now we feel more at ease not depending on multiple communication channels. There are no more delays or confusion because with Everbridge, we can send instant messages to everyone involved and reduce response time. The initial setup was quite simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

It currently has some integration options, but I would like it to be able to easily connect with project management software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
