In critical situations, pre-designed templates and automated processes are invaluable and I love that I can monitor real time who has received and who has acknowledged the alerts. I understand that new notification template set up and having to configure distribution lists to include different regional groups and teams can be time consuming. Crowding of the interface can be frustrating when managing several incidents simultaneously. I would appreciate the ability to modify my dashboard to filter out everything but what is most critical for my areas to attend to and respond to and prioritize having a more flexible dashboard. The automation automates alert correlation, identifies the right personnel to contact based on system status and shifts, and automatically opens collaboration channels like Zoom or Slack. This not only saves us from potential chaos during incidents but also drastically reduces the time wasted. Additionally, I find tremendous value in the platform's robust reporting and analytics features, particularly the detailed after-action reports that highlight the Mean Time to Acknowledge (MTTA), which are crucial for our industry.
