We have the ability to reach out to employees via multiple modalities (text, email, call) in the event of emergencies. The Business Resilience team is able to receive alerts for events occurring near each of our sites as well as for nearby remote employee locations. I've used Everbridge for nearly 10 years and would recommend to any other professionals in search of a mass notification platform. The features that have been added over the past 3-5 years have really helped my use case while offering more flexibility in delivery method, custom logo's, call routing, conf bridge triaging and custom SMS and email templates. When firm communications (email, desk phone) are unavailable, Everbridge is the only option to reach our staff. Even if firm contact methods are available, the ability to ping any and all contact methods an employee has identified simulatenously is a great advantage of using a system like Mass Notification. My best feature of Everbridge Mass Notification is that I do not have to go through rings of fire to contact everyone I need. Our side of the implementation was seamless and it is containing features that are similar to the kind of alerts we issue on a weekly basis. I use it frequently, as I find it effective with regard to the functioning of our team. The customer support has been cooperative in cases where I needed assistance and nothing has gotten out of hand to slack down our day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. The aspect I find challenging with the Everbridge Mass Notification is the fact that certain message templates seem restricted to me so I write more than I should. Updates are carried out occasionally and alter little details that disorient me during the day. Due to that, my usage frequency decreases during specific tasks. The thing that Everbridge Mass Notification assisted most in doing was avoiding alerts missed when the situation got chaotic. The installation did not disrupt our current working process, and the features were suitable to our daily requirements. Its frequent utilization by the team is due to the fact that it adds order to what once were chaotic situations.
