I appreciate that it simplifies complex activities into easy to follow task check lists; I've worked a long day on my feet and I'm glad that at least the check lists are easy to follow. What do you dislike about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)? I dislike how they are very price sensitive and require you to purchase many seats in order to use their software. Also the notification feed is cluttered and becomes annoying unless you spend a lot of time adjusting the settings and I also find it strange that it will function on edge but not chrome. I find Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management) fairly easy to use with its intuitive design. I appreciate that all the settings are in one place, making them easier to navigate. The feature of event subscriptions is very useful for getting targeted information out quickly. I like the fact that we can see the location of our workforce in their static locations, temporary locations and traveler itineraries. We can feed in information about our people and get visibility to important details like nationality, titles and levels. This visibility is crucial, especially when we have people of particular nationalities going into countries where there's high tension. I do wish there were a way to schedule a contact’s removal for a future date. Right now, adding and deleting contacts is handled manually, so having a “future removal date” field would let me enter that information as soon as we receive employee termination notices, instead of having to remember to remove the contact later.
