"My experience using Everbridge 360"

What do you like best about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

Alerts can be sent via a single click versus having to create an email. Additionally, the alert is tracked from the point it begins until it is resolved. Also after action reporting (AAR) and dashboarding have been very beneficial. We now have a historical record that we can review rather than continuing to move onto the next issue. The integration with our existing tools such as Teams and Slack, allows alerts to exist within those systems and therefore increases the likelihood of them being viewed. What do you dislike about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

Set-up of the application has been the biggest challenge. Many features appear to be plug-and-play, however; many require significant customization before they will function properly. Also there are several additional features that become available through add-on modules, which adds to the overall cost and becomes frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prior to using a product similar to Everbridge 360, sending rapid notifications to large groups of people in the event of a real emergency required a great deal of effort by contacting numerous individuals or sending individual emails. Now, all of these notifications can be sent from one location to target specific groups of people and view who received the notifications. Our primary goal is reducing the time frame between when an incident occurs and when the proper personnel are aware of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
