I really appreciate how EvenUp helps me gain scale by reducing days on desk and increasing the average settlement per case, while also allowing a 50% increase in cases per employee. It effectively shifts my human capital to focus on tasks only they can handle by removing repetitive admin tasks that take away time from value-added activities. The communication agents and analytics features have positively impacted my frontline associates.
