The bugs relating orders. I found several bugs and limitations in the system relating to finding orders and tickets. In particular, I found that the person who ordered the ticket was not listed correctly, another person who was on the order was listed. This caused many problems in trying to issue refunds, for example.

The order search interface needs to be improved, the people who ordered and who will be attending need to be searchable and easily distinguished, but connected to one another (i.e., I can see who ordered for whom). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No invoice is sent to customers when purchasing tickets. Our customers almost all require a NZ Tax Invoice when they purchase tickets. We tried to put information into the order confirmation, which suited some people, but not all. This meant that we still had a number of manual invoice/receipts to create.
