The platform is generally intuitive to figure out and super robust in its offerings. The pricing is also more reasonable than other platforms. You get more bang for your buck. **What do you dislike about Eventzilla?** There is no phone number to call customer support. You have to email them. Sometimes if you're working on something that needs immediate attention, you want to speak with someone on the phone to get it resolved quickly. I found some of the attendee registration clunky and glitchy. I had several attendees that thought they regsitered but somehow their registration didn't go through. I wish the reporting and search functions were better so you could search by some of your form information without having to download a full list of attendees. **What problems is Eventzilla solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ticketing, tracking sponsors, speaker bios, code to drop into our website for the meeting agenda, event app ### 2. Webpage is great, if you choose to use it, embeds easy and straight forward, if you want to use your own domain no problem. Support is responsive **What do you dislike about Eventzilla?** The agenda builder is not exportable, at all. You can export sessions if your event insists each registrant has to choose a particular session. For conferences, our registrants attend every session, so oddly, none of the agenda is exportable. Speakers you add to the agenda are not exportable. When we first joined we asked where the embedded widget for speakers was, and they didn't have one. We were pleasantly surprised they created one very quickly and emailed us back! Bravo! No drag and drop schedule builder. This is a must for modern conference organisers. We pass our fee's on to our registrants, but this is still not a cheap registration platform and we are considering leaving. Many of our attendees use a purchase order so in order to have a correct count we had to go in and confirm and then keep a spreadsheet to track who paid and who was still outstanding. It created a lot of work. I also would like the option to create an invoice for multiple attendees. **What problems is Eventzilla solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can now accept credit card payments. ### 5. Fonts and formatting is very unpredictable. Spaces get lost. Usually takes 5 tries to get my event looking how I wanted. Setting up an event registration for more than one day - poor design. Multi-user access is very glitchy! Most of all, the customer service has poor. I might have had bad luck but the nicer I have been to the representatives the more rude or disconcerting they have been. Most of this service has been fantastic though. **Recommendations to others considering Eventzilla:** This might not be the best tool if you are teaching multiple day classes or if you want to use the multiuser functions. **What problems is Eventzilla solving and how is that benefiting you?** The calendar allows me to advertise to students that are outside of my normal customer base and it is an easy way to collect monies from them. This is not a large part of our business but it is a nice luxury. ### 10.
