It's a complete platform for creating events not just a simple meeting or webinar platform but end to end including lobbies, break-out rooms and from invitation to the actual event management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about EventX? Am mentioned a lot is to be desired. The biggest one is in the first session I held, a lot of people cannot get into the session and it is because of a simple issue that it will not work if the browser is not expanded. It took time for us to figure that out. An app version would also be great. There are some tasks that you will still rely on their Dev team like deleting events. Similar to deleting invites. The concept of backstage is also a bit confusing since in the practice session, you can accidentally launch the actual event and if you close it, then it's done, you just have to re-do it again. So why is that feature even there? On the session itself, you can only see one participant, the one that recently raised his/her hand. All others are also muted. It would be better if you have the options for everyone to be open for discussion. So it seems it is designed more for a one-way session than for interaction. Finally, it could have been a complete package if there is an after-session feedback facility available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is EventX solving and how is that benefiting you? Since I have used it once for a session where we were not been able to successfully do it, we just migrated back to Zoom. I am sorry for the bad login UX issue that you experienced. We acknowledge that there are some usbility issues in the early stage of the product. We take your feedback very seriously, and strive to provide the best experience to event organisers. I hope our ongoing improvement is able to address the bad UX issues, and the issue won't happens again. For the open for discussion part, it is true that we should facililate attendee to interact in the event. As an event organizer, the administration work including ticketing, attendance management, reporting, is usually the heavy lifting work - but eventX helps us to streamline everything - saved a lot of admin work and time where we can focus on marketing. Too much hidden functions, the user guidance is not clear enough. Sometimes you may need to reach out to their CS to understand there is a ready made function for what you were trying to achieve.
