EVENTRA is workforce management software for large-scale events, integrating personnel planning, time tracking, and payroll processing. AI supports tasks from recruitment to payroll export. The recruitment module offers customizable forms, with AI validating submissions for completeness and flagging inconsistencies. The scheduling interface uses a grid format, with AI suggesting staffing assignments, providing confidence ratings, and flagging conflicts like rest period violations. Time tracking operates offline via QR code check-ins, syncing data later. Payroll automates monthly closings and exports compatible with DATEV and StoTax systems. AI reviews closings for patterns and ensures compliance with employment regulations before transmission.
