What do you like best about Eventify?

Our multi-campus church used Eventify for a regional youth conference with 800+ attendees and a volunteer leadership retreat. The platform made it easy to manage different registration types students, volunteers, speakers, exhibitors and collect waivers for minors. The built-in communication tools (email and push notifications) helped us send session reminders and last-minute room changes without needing a separate email service. What do you dislike about Eventify?

Eventify is simply too much platform for our smaller, weekly events like Bible studies or potlucks. The pricing model is per-event, and even our smallest event costs several hundred dollars. What do you like best about Eventify?

We used Eventify for a series of athlete meet-and-greet events and a season ticket holder appreciation night. What do you like best about Eventify?

We used Eventify to host a series of virtual property investment webinars and a large-scale mixed-use development launch with over 600 attendees. The registration system handled tiered access well (general public vs. accredited investors), and the automated reminders significantly reduced no-shows. We also appreciated the ability to embed external video tours via YouTube and Vimeo links within session pages. What do you dislike about Eventify?

Eventify is clearly built for conferences and corporate events, not real estate. There's no native 360° virtual tour integration, no floor plan viewer, and no way to create interactive maps of a property development. We had to hack together workarounds using iframes and external links. Also, the mobile app experience was inconsistent some Android users reported that embedded videos would crash the app. Finally, customizing the event landing page to feel more like a real estate showcase (gallery views, property cards) required CSS knowledge our team didn't have. What do you like best about Eventify?

What do you dislike about Eventify?

They have an option for education tracks that doesn't really make sense in the real world, especially when it comes to scheduling and assigning agendas. Their pricing is a bit complicated. You get a price for an event, but it comes with stipulations that attendees cannot access for a certain period unless you pay more. Their pricing has gone up $1000 in just 6 months. The registration process is very complicated, and the features for uploading attendees and assigning classes are pretty limited, resulting in a lot of manual work.
