Eventify is an event management platform that covers the full event lifecycle, from registration and ticketing through to live-day execution and post-event reporting. It's built for in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats, and goes beyond software by offering a managed onsite service that most platforms don't. Key features include: Event creation and registration: Customizable event pages, ticketing, and attendee management that scales from intimate gatherings to large-scale conferences. Onsite check-in and badging: Smart kiosks with QR-based badge printing, self-service check-in options, branded lanyards, and a trained onsite team, eliminating the need for multiple external vendors. Custom event apps: Branded mobile apps serving as the attendee hub for schedules, speaker info, and networking. Includes an AI Co-pilot that lets attendees ask questions conversationally rather than navigate menus, covering sessions, schedules, and personalized networking suggestions. Has shown up to 40% reduction in support queries across events. Virtual and hybrid tools: Native integrations with Zoom, YouTube Live, Vimeo, and WebinarJam, plus live Q&A, polls, chat, 1:1 appointments, and virtual exhibitor booths.   ### 1. Polished, Organized Front End—but a Glitchy Backend and Steep Learning Curve

**What do you like best about Eventify?**

As far as the user experience on the front end of the app, it presents very well and is very organized.

**What do you dislike about Eventify?**

It as extremely glitchy on the backend. Its also very robust, which is great, but there was literally no onboarding and it was very hard to learn.

**What problems is Eventify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was great for event networking

  ### 2. Great all-in-one package with some minor rough edges

**What do you like best about Eventify?**

Having everything combined in one place and app and being able to interlink everything (agenda, speakers, locations, etc.).
Also the affordability of a whitelabel solution that is listed as a standalone app in the app-stores.
Great and fast support whenever we had a request.
Easy to implement and customize with an intuitive online interface, also able to manage multiple admin users editing at the same time.

**What do you dislike about Eventify?**

The app got slow on the participant overview when a certain number of users was reached. This unfortunately led to long waiting times when trying to find a specific person on the app.
Also we encountered some edge-cases in the backend where we would have wished for some more polishing.
However nothing was too problematic, it was still by far the best solution we had four our yearly summit (since 2016) yet.

**What problems is Eventify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Giving a digital companion to participants of a summit or event which is great.
Also having a direct way to contact (almost) all the participants using push notifications.
With account management we were able to customize the schedule for our participants.
