If you use sign-up tools like Eventbrite, you're losing money on transaction fees and you don't get all of the features that Eventene has. Eventene provides super customizable registration, survey tools, email communication, and tracking features, assignment tools, custom payments, and tons of analytics. What problems is Eventene solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Eventene I used Eventbrite to capture signups and payments on my website but their transaction fee's were really high on their pro plan and they only handled the signup and payment part. I'm saving about $20 per customer with Eventene. I also had to send survey questions to the signups separately. I had to send individual emails to each signup one by one with a link to a google form. Then I had to keep track of all the responses on a spreadsheet and send resources or responses to each customer one by one. Eventene has custom registration with surveys built-in. I can survey each customer easily and send responses on the fly with Eventene. I can also see all of the analytics I need in their track settings. I can see who opened the invitations, or what emails bounced. I can also see who signed up for each activity within an event or who paid what all in track settings. Without Eventene, I had to manage a bunch of different tools that didn't work well together and I often had some problems. Eventene makes all of this organized and convenient.
