It's extremely user-friendly while providing a clear structure of all the stages with detailed information. In the feedback from our regular community meetings, we started seeing a request to support networking even after the event ended or before it started. Participants wanted the opportunity to connect with people they hadn't had a chance to meet during the event itself. And since we had excellent references from organisers of other events for Eventee—and our own positive user experience—the choice was clear.

We migrated even the entire catalogue of presenters (similar to an abstract book, but with photos and speaker contacts) to the app quite smoothly and gained comprehensive support for establishing new collaborations.
