The interface of the app is very user-friendly and it's also easy to set everything up - from adding a speaker lineup to making changes to the agenda. The networking option within the platform is also a really nice touch to the overall user experience. After our event has ended, the statistics showed the number of connections made which gave us valuable insights on how important the networking aspect is for our attendees. Also, whenever we had any questions, the Eventee support team was always there to answer it. What really sold me on this app, was it's ability to update programmes in real time, get instant feedback for organisers and presenters via the mobile app, and the virtual event support. Our conference just ended and we're able to easily access and analyze the feedback from our presentations and workshops. The fact that we were involved in some decisions about the structure of the API for example is excellent and it really helped us move things in our conference further. **What do you dislike about Eventee?** Main disadvantage we had so far was linking users from our website to Eventee (we were trying to do it in 2017) and we abandoned the idea when we realised that we would need to hand over all the email addresses and therefore we have user profiles on our website and in Eventee separated. On the other hand doing so is painful with every other option we have been investigating back then. **What problems is Eventee solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main thing was that we have completely stopped giving out paper conference programs to our attendees and we only encourage them to use Eventee as a source of the schedule. Our conference is very dynamic and we finalise program based on votes of attendees only a few days before the conference. Having all of this in app eases the process.
