I like the most that Eventee has a consistent design and is easy to use. It's user-friendly even if you've never used it before. I also find it easy to use as an administrator. I appreciate the up-to-date information—when you update something, it's immediately there. These aspects make it really effective for our small team, especially since we manage a big festival and don't have to create our own platform for just one big occasion. I think the gamification could be improved because people see aspects I don't want them to see, so I'd like an option to switch it off. Also, when you're asking questions and have it open on another computer, logging in from a different computer logs you out from the first one. I love how Eventee facilitates networking among participants during events through its live chat feature, which added a beneficial and additional way for participants to connect with each other. I also appreciate the comprehensive overview it provides; the ability to see everything all at once within the platform keeps everyone informed effectively. Furthermore, Eventee's reminders are incredibly useful for maintaining engagement and ensuring that participants are aware of the important components during the events. Eliminating the use of paper by effectively disseminating information to all involved is another aspect I value highly. The initial setup process was smooth, taking our team just a few days with no complaints. Overall, Eventee enhances our event management efficiency significantly. Eventee has a very user freindly interface. It is clean, well organized, and easy to use. It provides custom branding at our subscription level that provides a polished look for end users. The multiple event feature allows for easy navigation between events as the admin. We will be using the app for 3 events in the next 3 months, and at the international level which is easy to execute with Eventee's custom event website and registration. We implemented the platform in 2022, at which time there was little to no customer support beyond a handfull of walkthough videos. Product-specific questions were routed to the sales agent videos, if available. We were left to figure it out on our own initially. Eventee allows us to have a dynamic single source of truth for events that can be changed on the fly. We used Eventee (both desktop and mobile versions) to manage the schedule for the 2022 Editon of the PLS Conference. It was a hybrid event, with participants from over 25 countries, in different time zones. Eventee provided us with the necessary tools to manage our conference program's essential aspects. Also, when we had technical questions, the reply from Customer Service was very prompt (less than 6 hours) and, at the same time, offered adequate solutions to all our inquiries. A few minor tweaks could provide additional benefits, such as unifying accounts for the same person but with different roles (speaker and user) or showing a list of speakers and their associated papers. It’s simple to set up, works well on the web app and mobile app allows for intergration and enables your participants to use the software to network with each other.
