EventDiagram is online event diagramming software that helps event planners, hotels, venues, and AV production teams create accurate event floor plans and seating charts. Plan weddings, conferences, corporate events, and galas with tools that connect room layouts, guest seating, and production details in one workspace. Design layouts with a drag-and-drop editor using real-world dimensions. Arrange tables, chairs, stages, dance floors, screens, and décor while tracking seating capacity and spacing. Start with a venue floor plan, draw your own space, or use the AI copilot to generate a draft layout from a written description. Review and adjust the design to fit your event. EventDiagram’s seating chart tools connect guest assignments directly to the floor plan. Import guest lists, organize table assignments, track meal preferences, and monitor table occupancy. Share diagrams with clients, venues, and vendors so they can review layouts and leave comments without purchasing a subscription.
