the app is really fluid and it was easy to use it at first when i searched for the event ticket i was looking for!

I've never had a reason to contact the customer support because everything ran smoothly during my experiences.

I've used it accordingly to the event i was looking for and their availability on their website. looking for purchase history i found i used the app in 10 orders in the past 4 years.

I think one feature should be more easily accessible! I recall opening the ticket emails and the qr code link are almost hidden and difficult to find which might cause delays at the venue entrance which might make the system less easy of integrating compared to ra.co/ticketswap. It is a trusted and reliable / go-to site that users are happy to purchase tickets through from my experience.

We have found that for some users it can be tricky to find the online link to join a meeting from within the emails sent. Whether this is our fault for not teeing up the invite info correctly or a flaw in the Eventbrite system I am unsure.

Fees are understandable as a service is being offered here. Yet, it does take a cut away from revenue for a small business such as ours. We have not run many events in the last couple of years for our business or social enterprise yet despite the above comments, would consider using Eventbrite going forwards. I really enjoy Eventbrite as it enables a community functionality to event hosting and ticket management which in turn supports good risk management approaches. Specifically, I enjoy being able to follow the event host or orgs that I enjoy seeing programming from and staying in the loop via these means whereas other platforms I have to search and search endlessly. you can collect details for patrons of all of your events. It's easy to setup and sell tickets to your event. We use this every time we have a lunch and learn event and it's easy for our clients to use. We haven't ever had to reach out to customer support but I imagine they are quick to respond and helpful. Amongst multiple management platform, eventbrite brings the best game in all. Comprehensive thought out UI and full featured functionality makes it one of goto platform for any event management related needs.
