The only thing I find redundant about Eventbrite is that it is similar to many other local event websites and dashboards. While I do think Eventbrite has a great user interface, I think it's too similar to other products or websites available, and can often lead to anxiety if a popular event is listed on a competitor's website, but not on Eventbrite's website. I like that I can set up my events in advance and keep them as drafts. it. I am in control of everything from the background picture to adding an agenda. I can do tickets with different prices. Just about everything can be customized. The payout comes quickly. The reports are very detailed. The admin user has a lot of control of giving refunds or even adding people with paid by check.

I have used this platform about a dozen times in the past year. I have not had to contact customer service, the help section is pretty clear and helps a lot.
