Wherever you are located in the world, Eventbrite is helpig you to pick the right events in your local area, from Tech Conferences to Clubbing in Night Club. Easy to use and clean interface. There is a simple app on your android or iOS help you to use it frequently. Higest quality support team if you are an organiser or event attending or RSVP's through app. Wherever you stuck you reach them a click away they are ready to help you. You can invite to your event through their Integration with all the socal apps, like Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok and many more. It's a platform that is very user-friendly and reliable, which people already know and trust. It is easy to use and to integrate with other apps, like with WordPress. What do you dislike about Eventbrite? I have noticed an increasing number of people reporting false events listed there lately, so the audience needs to be more cautious, especially with paid events. This might affect how people trust this platform in the future. I never needed customer support, but heard from collleagues that this is something they could improve. I appreciate the detailed reporting data and the capability to revisit and reconstruct past events. These features make working on the site straightforward and smooth. Additionally, waitlists do not release tickets automatically. Although I value the manual approach, it would be useful to have the option to enable automatic releases in certain situations. The most helpful part about it is how I am able to categorize events based on their nature. Since people always look out for events based on whether its business/networking/party/adventure.., Eventbrite has always given me the ease of categorizing my events so people can find them easily. Eventbrite is so far a credible platform for me, with customer support agents operating around the clock to assist me if I am undergoing any issue with my ticketing. I have the Eventbrite app on my phone for easy access - it was hassle-free! It also generates a lot of event registrations for me, even without any paid promotions. But one thing I have noticed is that sometimes it shows duplicates of the same event of other users. This has occurred few many times that I happened to notice it. The main problem I am having is not having a proper event registration platform, which Eventbrite helps me to solve easily.
