It is a database of events. That's helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Eventbrite? I have now experienced twice the failure of communication from the platform , as well as zero ability to reach out to support. Today, I received a notification of a cancelled ticket. OK, why? Turns out the organizer first used the platform to notify all ticket holders of why the event was cancelled, and I did not receive it. Not even in SPAM. Four years ago, for a paid event, I showed up in Los Angeles to an event that had been cancelled. I have been on the receiving end of EventBrite four times, and two of them botched the cancellation notification. Add to that the complete inability to contact anyone there or obtain any kind of end-user support, and you have a platform that I would never recommend for anyone to use to manage their events.
