What do you like best about Eventbase?

I love how easy it is to use. Navigating Eventbase manager never seems tedious, everything makes sense. If you do need assistance or forget how to use something on the platfform, they have a great team that will help assist you! I also really appreciate the project timeline, I always knew when something was due and the specs/details on what was needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eventbase?

What do you like best about Eventbase?

I really like how our event brand can be showcased within the app with our full brand expression. It allows us to carry through the same elements you see at the venue. What do you like best about Eventbase?

I appreciate how highly customizable the Eventbase mobile app is -- both with its features and design. We put on three major events each year with thousands of attendees and hundreds of speakers and sessions, and consistently hear from attendees how straightfoward and easy to use the app is.

Eventbase integrates seamlessly across our existing data systems, which is a lifesaver. If any we hit any roadbumps, they were able to quickly pinpoint what was going on.

Their customer support and producer team is amazing. They do a great job of documenting everything, so that year over year and event to event, we're never starting from scratch and can always hit the ground running.

The analytics and reporting tools gave us great insights into attendee engagement and session popularity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eventbase?

While the Eventbase Manager platform is generally very user-friendly, there’s a bit of a learning curve to get the hang of all the features and where to find them. They do their best to accomodate feature requests, but these can sometimes take a long time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Eventbase?

The biggest upside to using Eventbase is the partnership we have with them, from our sales team to our SC and PM, it feels like they are a part of our team. They are always open to feedback, come to the table with new ideas, and always willing to jump in and help.
