I really like how user-friendly EventBase Manager (EBM) is, especially since I handle a lot of the backend setup for our app and need regular access to EBM. I also really appreciate the team at Eventbase—they’re consistently available to help troubleshoot any issues, from initial setup through the event itself and even post-event. It would be great to have basic formatting options and the ability to add buttons, rather than relying on hyperlinked text. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Eventbase solving and how is that benefiting you? This year, we ran into an issue with images in the app. After uploading images, they looked correct in preview mode within EBM, but once we published and viewed them in the app, they would show up either too large or too small. Our Eventbase rep was able to pinpoint the cause and share clear, specific guidelines for uploading the image files. Their customer service and response time is top-notch. Our account manager and producer/team lead are very easy to work with, and they always have a solution to our concern/issue. This is our second year using the app and we look forward to working with them again for the third time. The app itself very user-friendly compared to the others we had used before. We've been using Eventbase for our user conference, JNUC, for a few years. It's really been a game changer compared to t he mobile app we were using before. Everything from planning through onsite experience was really well organized making it an overall great experience for our team. And bonus, our attendees really love the app too! We have a high download/user rate and the survey results are always very high for mobile app. Definitely a component to our user conference that we don't see going away any time soon! They are extremely organized and have very smooth easy internal processes. From the time you call them for a demo, to contracting (which was very easy to get through our procurement team), to actually implementing and building the app and post event follow up. Their app shines well above others that we have used over the last 10 years. Customer Service is top notch, they always answer in a timely fashion. The features that this app has is by far the top runner...our attendees love the maps once onsite. We have used this app going on 3 years now and I don't see us changing anytime soon. You should also make sure you have some design resources at your company to provide images and design direction - this is not a turn-key app build. You get out of Eventbase what you put into it. In addition to helping them plan and attend their scheduled sessions conveniently on their mobile device, Eventbase also provides solutions that integrate with our mapping solutions, allowing attendees to view a map of the venue to find their way around our events. Another thing that users find helpful that Eventbase is helping us solve is allowing users to manage their favorited sessions, sync'ing with Rainfocus account details, and also allows conference attendees to download presentation files from sessions they attended.
