Empowering Event Management with Robust Features **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Corinne B. **Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026 **What do you like best about Eventbase?** I like Eventbase a lot because of the strong support from the producers who help us move projects forward and answer any questions. They make me feel supported and not alone during the build process with our clients. The integration aspect, especially syncing with RainFocus using the API, is a great feature since it allows most of the information to flow smoothly. I love the different pieces of the mobile app, as they contribute to a robust application. Pulling sessions in from RainFocus and the cool feature tiles add great design and function to the app. The producers' knowledge has been invaluable, enhancing the overall experience with Eventbase. **What do you dislike about Eventbase?** For the gamification, it'll be great if we didn't have to build out each challenge. It would be cool if there was a way to clone the challenge and then just update the verbiage as needed. Also, with the gamification, there's no way to kick people from the game if we find that they are abusing the terms and conditions. The new producers seem to just need continued training as I found that some of the information I was provided was not accurate. I did find later that Eventbase is in fact capable within the package that we had. Gamification is the hardest part of the initial setup. **What problems is Eventbase solving and how is that benefiting you?** Eventbase helps us build a mobile app with a gamification feature that reinforces desired behaviors during events. It syncs with RainFocus using the API, simplifying information flow and integration. The producers support projects and improve the app, making it robust. ### 2. Splunk .conf User Conference **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Angela M. | Sr. Event Technology Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 20, 2024 **What do you like best about Eventbase?** I really like how our event brand can be showcased within the app with our full brand expression. It allows us to carry through the same elements you see at the venue. That is very important to Splunk. As a planner, I appreciate the detailed project management plan. **What do you dislike about Eventbase?** While I love the project plan, if your timeline is compressed or delays occur it can feel worrisome that you may not get the app you are planning on. **What problems is Eventbase solving and how is that benefiting you?** They allow our attendees to schedule sessions within the app and that talks back to our registration system. You can customize the attendee experience depending on role, and make sure specific audiences at your event receive timely and relevant insights. **What do you dislike about Eventbase?** There are limitations with the amount of customizations you can do depending on how much you're willing to pay. **What problems is Eventbase solving and how is that benefiting you?** Creating an onsite pocket guide for attendees. It's easy to use which allows other team members to help with setup and maintenance. **What do you dislike about Eventbase?** It can be a tiny bit clunky to navigate between various parts of the management platform. Some information had to be sought out in different parts of the dashboard meaning it wasn't totally intuitive. **Recommendations to others considering Eventbase:** As with any event-hosting app or service, It's important to give yourself lots of time to edit and make changes. Consider keeping all of the content in a database elsewhere so that the materials can simply be copied and pasted into the platform.
